1. What is the purpose of this Whistle-Blower page?
The Whistle-Blower page allows employees, customers, and third parties to report unethical behavior, malpractice, or any violations of Kikwetu Credit’s policies confidentially and safely.
2. Who can report a file?
Anyone can file a report — employees, former employees, customers, vendors, contractors, or members of the public.
3. What are examples of issues I can report?
You should report any behavior that appears to be:
Fraud, theft, or embezzlement
Bribery or corruption
Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct
Abuse of authority or unethical behavior
Breach of company policies or legal obligations
Misuse of company resources
Any action that could harm Kikwetu Credit Limited’s reputation or customers
4. Can I remain anonymous?
Yes, you have the option to remain completely anonymous. If you choose anonymity, we will not ask for or collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.
5. Will what I submit be confidential?
Absolutely. Kikwetu Credit Limited treats all reports with the highest level of confidentiality. Information will only be shared with individuals who need to know to investigate and address the report properly.
6. Will I face retaliation for making a report?
No. Kikwetu Credit has a strict Non-Retaliation Policy. Whistle-blowers are protected by law and by our internal policies against any form of retaliation for reporting concerns in good faith.
